MadLipz is a popular option when it comes to creating audio simulations, this app is very easy to use and has options that allow you to change your voice.
When selecting a video and recording audio, you should see a red line to add effect to the sound, click on the red line and a series of options will appear at the bottom. You can choose from options such as females, males, vocal amplifiers, teenager, robot, giant, squirrel, commentator, policeman, phone, adjacent door, cave, monster and space bomber.
